ISO 9001:2015 is a change picture of the ISO 9001 which now referred to the quality management system in an organization. The changes have been aimed at the development of a better management in an organization, where clients and the employees get benefited and motivated to excel their skills in a healthy environment. It also aims at the improvement of the products to meet the customer expectation and demand on time. The proposal of ISO/CD 9001 was issued on 03 June 2013 to make the process more streamlined and effective I the organization. The standard still doesn't receive the approval for all regulatory bodies and is scheduled to be published in the fourth quarter of 2015.
ISO 9001 affirmation is appropriate for all sizes and sorts of associations and is settled the world over as an important Quality Management System standard. The changes included in the revised version are some terminology and structure of the standard. Clause 4 and clause 6 has been amended which now focuses on the internal and external context of the organization's QMS and risk based approach. The Clause 5, and from 7 to 10 are focused on the QMS requirement of an organization. Annex A, B and C has also been incorporated in the new version of the ISO standard. Like term product used I the ISO standard has now been changed to 'product and service', similarly 'purchased product' is changed to 'externally provided products and services' and 'supplier' to 'external provider', work environment' to 'environment for the operation of processes'.
